Twelve people ate a three-state tasting menu on Sep 3, 2026, and the Kentucky plate was smoked and country-fried wings with this in a bottle beside them, where the recipe puts it. Nobody poured it over anything. People reached for it, and what came back was that they liked the tang.
It went out the day after it was made, which is what the jar wants anyway.
