Mixed to the first ratio, with fennel at 8 g against the 12 g the recipe now calls for, and with powdered garlic and onion where the recipe now asks for granulated. It went on the shoulder tasting of smoked paprika first, and fennel second, which is the wrong way round for a jar named after the fennel. Raising it is what this batch was for.
